Travel to the Funky Station <2> map and speak with Delilah NPC.

Head to the Extreme Station <2> map and converse with Dylan NPC.

Finally, speak with Nurse Aily NPC. This marks the end of the questline, and you’ll be rewarded with the 101st Time’s the Charm Medal!
