Hughes's Hobby
To kick things off, press F1 and head to the Level Content tab. From there, select the Aquarium quest. This will transport you to the Orbis Tower map. Your first task is to hunt 50 Scuba Pepe monsters. Additionally, hunt Jr. Seal to obtain the Toy Baby Seal item.

Next up, continue hunting Scuba Pepe monsters to collect 20 Air Bubbles and 50 Snorkles.
Hughes's Research Material
Travel to the Turban Shell Hill map. Here, you’ll need to hunt monsters to acquire 20 Seal Teeth and 20 Seal Skins.
Kenta's Research 1
Make your way to the Blue Seaweed Road map. Hunt Cico monsters to obtain DNA Sample items. Then, move to the next map and hunt both Seacle and Pin Boom for more DNA Sample items.
Kenta's Research 2
This quest is similar to the last! Hunt Flower Fish, Masked Fish, and Bubble Fish to collect more DNA Sample items.
Kenta's Research 3
Again, this quest follows the same pattern. Hunt Poopa, Sparker, and Freezer to get the necessary DNA Sample items.
Hughes's New Experiment
Finally, speak with the Muse NPC. Afterward, you’ll need to hunt Poopa and Poison Poopa monsters to obtain the required items to complete this quest.
